These terms are between Small Tycoon, the provider of Theoruma, and the organization or person using the service. Customer-specific agreements control if they conflict with this summary.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and act only within the organizations, workspaces, sites, and permissions assigned to them.
Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for their content, instructions, legal rights, public claims, and approvals. Customers grant Small Tycoon the limited rights required to host, process, render, and protect that content while providing Theoruma.
AI-assisted work
AI-generated suggestions and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized users must review material before approval or publication. Theoruma does not silently publish meaningful AI-generated changes.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Theoruma costs $200 USD per month for each enrolled managed site. A payment method is required to start the 30-day free trial. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews monthly after the trial. Taxes may be added where required. There are no routine usage overage charges.
A customer-specific Small Tycoon monthly service agreement may include Theoruma access for a managed site with no separate Theoruma fee or payment method. Only an authorized Small Tycoon billing operator may apply or remove that arrangement. The governing customer agreement determines how long included access continues.
Organization owners may cancel through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period; ordinary partial-month credits are not provided. A failed payment receives a seven-day grace period before paid execution features are restricted. Restriction does not delete customer data or prevent access to billing, support, export, or required continuity retrieval.
A full refund may be approved when requested within seven calendar days of the first paid charge, limited to one first-charge refund per organization. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be approved for a duplicate or erroneous charge, a charge after an effective cancellation, unauthorized use, an accidental renewal reported within three calendar days with no material post-renewal use, or a confirmed service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. Outage remedies may be proportional credits or refunds. Domain purchases, advertising spend, third-party pass-through charges, and completed custom services are excluded unless required by law.
Refund requests are reviewed rather than issued automatically. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and commonly appear within five to ten business days, subject to the payment network. Cancelling does not itself submit a refund request, and a refund request does not itself cancel the subscription.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use Theoruma to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve during early access. Small Tycoon may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features while using reasonable efforts to protect customer data and provide transition information.
