Disconnect an account
An authorized site administrator can open Marketing, choose Connections, and disconnect a social account. Theoruma requests revocation from the provider where supported and deletes the stored authorization credential. Publishing history and security audit records may be retained without access tokens.
Request deletion
To request deletion of connected-account data, use the Small Tycoon contact form and provide the address associated with your Theoruma account. Include your organization, website, and provider name, but do not send passwords, access tokens, authorization codes, or recovery codes.
Verification and completion
We verify that the requester is authorized for the affected organization and website before deleting data. We will confirm the request, explain any records that must be retained for security or legal obligations, and notify the requester when deletion is complete.
Provider controls
You may also remove Theoruma from the connected apps or security area of the social provider. Removing provider access prevents future API use but does not replace a request to delete eligible Theoruma account records.
